Chalet Space
Enjoy the cozy ambiance of one of our two chalets at Christie Mountain! Your group is welcome to use these inviting spaces, as well as our fire pit areas. Given the limited space, we can't accommodate personal belongings on tables. We kindly ask you to leave space for others and maintain cleanliness in shared areas during your outing. Thank you for your cooperation!
What to Wear
Layered dressing ensures comfort throughout the day on the snow. Remind participants to wear suitable socks with ski or snowboard boots—opt for medium-weight socks that reach the middle of the calf for a more enjoyable experience.
Chaperones
Enjoy 1 free lift ticket and rental for every 10 paid skiers/snowboarders in your group or 1 free tubing ticket per 15 paid tubers. Chaperones play a key role—please ensure they are present, assisting students and setting a positive example on the slopes. A proactive and engaged group of chaperones can greatly enhance the success of the group trip.
Equipment Rental Forms & Release of Liability
For a seamless experience, please provide physical rental forms, as faxes or emails won't be accepted. To ensure proper documentation for tubing, each tuber requires a Release of Liability form filled out. These forms are milled to the group leader. For equipment presetting, please submit rental forms at least one week before your Christie Mountain trip.

YES! Our rental shop will not set your equipment if your rental form is not complete. They need every bit of information on the rental form including your sex, weight, height, and age.
But you only need to fill out a rental form if you are renting equipment!
-
Please enter your tennis shoe size here. Our rental staff will convert this into what boot size you will need.
-
Snowblades are short trick skis. They are for intermediate to advanced skiers only.
-
Regular is when you ride your left foot forward. Goofy is when you ride your right foot forward. Most beginners use a regular stance. If you get out on the slopes and decide that you are not comfortable with the stance you have chosen it is a very easy thing for our rental shop to switch!
-
There is a $5 fee to switch rental equipment. You do need to have parental permission to switch equipment if you are a minor; if you think you may want to switch please have your parent initial the appropriate area on the rental form.

We strongly recommend that you learn to ski first! The fundamental balance is very similar in both sports but is much easier to learn on skis. On the first day out skiing most people advance past the bunny hill; whereas first time snowboarders often spend an entire day practicing on the bunny hill.
