Each tuber must have a Release of Liability form filled out by a parent or legal guardian if they are minors, or by themselves if they are 18 years or older.
Release of Liability
Each tuber must have a Release of Liability form filled out by a parent or legal guardian if they are minors, or by themselves if they are 18 years or older. These forms are available on our website under waivers and should be included in your group's paperwork. Feel free to make as many copies as necessary and bring them on the day of your outing.
Chalet Space
The Tubing Chalet is exclusively reserved for your field trip. If you desire concessions, inform us, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Kindly be mindful of the chalet's cleanliness as your group departs. Thank you!
Chaperones
For every 10 paid tubers, your group gets 1 free tubing ticket. Ensure your chaperones are present, assisting students, and setting a positive example on the slopes. Proactive chaperones, helping students prepare, answering questions, and offering guidance, greatly contribute to the success of the field trip. We anticipate strong chaperone support and appreciate your cooperation!
Tickets
Each tuber requires a Tubing Ticket. If you prefer, let us know in advance if you'd like these tickets. Some find it convenient to have the tickets in place on the bus or before loading. Upon your group's arrival, we'll provide a safety briefing and address any questions. Alternatively, if you prefer to wait until the briefing is complete before putting on tickets, that works well too.

Please enter your tennis shoe size here. Our rental staff will convert this into what boot size you will need.

Snowblades are short trick skis. They are for intermediate to advanced skiers only.
-
Regular is when you ride your left foot forward. Goofy is when you ride your right foot forward. Most beginners use a regular stance. If you get out on the slopes and decide that you are not comfortable with the stance you have chosen it is a very easy thing for our rental shop to switch!
-
There is a $5 fee to switch rental equipment. You do need to have parental permission to switch equipment if you are a minor; if you think you may want to switch please have your parent initial the appropriate area on the rental form.

We strongly recommend that you learn to ski first! The fundamental balance is very similar in both sports but is much easier to learn on skis. On the first day out skiing most people advance past the bunny hill; whereas first time snowboarders often spend an entire day practicing on the bunny hill.
